Letters/Email Templates

Studioware allows you to create Letter Templates, that can be merged with student or staff data, and emailed.  To create a custom letter template, follow these instructions:
  1. Click on Administration | Communication
  2. Click on "Add Letter"
  3. Studioware has many predefined templates that you can use to get started with your custom merge letter.  By default an empty letter is selected: 
  4. Enter in the letter name, description, set the letter active, and select the type of letter template: Student or Staff letter
  5. Enter in the content for the template.  You can add merge fields to the letter that will automatically be replaced/populated with student and staff data: 
  6. Click on the Save button to save the letter template
