How can my students/families change their password on the Business Portal?

Students can easily change their password on the Business Portal by following these instructions:
  1. Have your student/customer logon to your Business Portal
  2. After successfully logging on, your student/customer will be directed to the "Account Overview" page.
  3. The Account Overview page contains a link "Change My Password":
  4. After clicking on the link, your students/customers can enter in a new password, confirm password, and click on the "Save" button:
