Automation - Student/Staff Tags

Studioware can add, remove, or clear student and staff tags based on rules that you setup.  To get started, follow these instructions:
  1. Click on Administration | Automation
  2. Click on "Student/Staff Tags" tab
  3. Click on Add Rule
  4. Indicate if you want to add, remove, or clear student or staff tags. If you are adding or removing tags, specify the tags to add/remove
  5. Student the students or staff that will be targeted for this rule.  You can select all students/staff, no students or staff, students with a certain status, students enrolled in classes, or students enrolled in a specific number of classes.
  6. Indicate the execution schedule for this tag rule.  You can select daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
  7. Click on Save
