Studioware can add, remove, or clear student and staff tags based on rules that you setup. To get started, follow these instructions:
- Click on Administration | Automation
- Click on "Student/Staff Tags" tab
- Click on Add Rule
- Indicate if you want to add, remove, or clear student or staff tags. If you are adding or removing tags, specify the tags to add/remove
- Student the students or staff that will be targeted for this rule. You can select all students/staff, no students or staff, students with a certain status, students enrolled in classes, or students enrolled in a specific number of classes.
- Indicate the execution schedule for this tag rule. You can select daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
- Click on Save
