Variable Tuition

We've completed the Email and Communications and we are working on the Variable Tuition Calculations.  Variable tuition allows you to specify a student's total monthly/term tuition is based on the number of classes (total count) or the number of hours of classes (total hours) during a specified period of time.  You can also specify if you want Studioware to calculate the variable tuition for each individual student in a family, or the family as a whole.

 

Studioware allows you to create multiple Tuition Fee Schedules and affiliate each schedule with Student Tags.  Studioware will automatically select the correct Tuition Fee Schedule when applying the variable tuition:
