Student Payees

Student Payees are now complete.  Now you can specify if contacts are responsible for paying a percentage of an invoice.  This is useful if invoices are paid by more than one person.  
 
Access the Payee interface by editing a student, clicking on the "More" button in the students toolbar, and selecting "Payee".
