Studioware now allows you to create waivers and specify the frequency of when the waivers need to be accepted. When a student/parent accesses the Business Portal, any waivers that were not previous accepted, or need to be re-accepted are presented to the students/parents. [More Information]

Studioware can now calculate your staff salary based on their pay rates. A staff member's pay rate can by hourly, or bay class counts. Studioware will determine the amount of time the staff member worked, calculate the salary, and add the salary to the staff members financial account. Learn more
The outstanding invoices report is now available. Click on "Reports | Financial" to view the report. The report list all the outstanding invoices. That is, invoices that are not PIF (Paid-In-Full) before the invoice due date.
If a student is enrolling in a class that has already started, you have the option of Pro-Rating the tuition. For example, if a class is 10%, you have the option of adding a 10% discount to the enrolling students. More Information

You now have more control over the classes that are available for online enrollment. You can specify when the class is available for online enrollment, when it is not available, provide your customers with a discount for enrolling early, and require a deposit be collected during the enrollment.
Studioware now contains an API (Application Programming Interface) that can be consumed. The API exposes your classes, scheduled classes, class dates, and tuition amounts. You can consume the API and display you class lists on your current websites without the need to use the business portal.
